Dariusz Szreiber was the owner and chef of Merchant's Bistro in Colyton (Devon). He recently moved to become a head chef at The most popular pub in Colyton, The Gerrard Arms.
He began his career at the age of 16 when he cooked his first terrible Homemade pizza. Dariusz attended culinary college in Poland and fine-tuned his skills at a variety of Restaurants in United Kingdom and Poland earning a reputation for his cuisine.
For the past 10 years Dariusz has worked in a variety of positions, including Director, management, front of house and head chef.
His work is central to every meal he produce.
Dariusz's passion for cooking gives everything that extra ounce of deliciousness.
